Guidelines and Instructions

Thank you for considering ShopByBreed™ for your fundraiser. Here’s how it works:

  • Start by printing the ShopByBreed™ order form. The products look best in color, so if possible use a color printer. Make as many copies as you need for your fundraiser.
  • Taking the order is easy:
    • Find the dog’s breed number
    • Find out which toy pack the customer has selected
    • Fill out one line per breed size on the form with customer name, breed size and price (found by matching toy pack selection with breed size)
    • Total the line on the far right column
  • Collect payment at time of sale. You keep 50 percent of your total sales, and write a check to ShopByBreed™ for the remaining 50 percent.
  • Make check payable to ShopByBreed™. We accept checks from your organization’s account. If your check totals less than $200, please include another $5 to cover shipping.
